2. Can I make an offer before I have finalized my finance arrangements?
Yes and in fact we would encourage this at every opportunity. Our contract allows the buyer to make an offer SUBJECT TO finance; thus the buyer can secure the business and keep other parties out of the deal whilst at the same time having the time to secure the finance needed.
